Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze security alerts and events to identify potential security breaches or threats
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting forensic analysis and remediation activities
  • Implement and maintain security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and vulnerability scanning tools
  • Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend security improvements
  • Develop and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and technologies
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the security of systems and networks

Requirements Summary

  • 2+ years of experience as a Cyber Security Analyst or a related role
  • Knowledge of network security protocols and technologies
  • Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and antivirus software
  • Understanding of security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST
  • Knowledge of incident response and forensic investigation techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are a plus
