Key Responsibilities
- Security Monitoring: Continuously monitor network traffic and system activities for potential security threats and anomalies.
- Threat Analysis: Analyze security incidents to determine their impact and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.
- Incident Response: Assist in the investigation and response to security incidents, including root cause analysis and remediation.
- Security Audits: Participate in internal and external security audits to ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of security incidents, vulnerabilities, and remediation efforts.
- Security Awareness: Assist in developing and delivering security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT and development teams to implement security best practices and ensure the security of applications and systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Certification: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification is mandatory.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
