About the role you would be playing:


The Vice President, Cybersecurity directs, plans, designs, tests, implements, and maintains organization's computer, network, and digital security infrastructures. Reporting to the SVP, Chief Information Security officer, the VP leads a team of expert defenders and safeguards client and patient data – all while shaping the technology landscape to keep the organization ahead of evolving threats.


This role is Gurgaon, located in India and manages teams in India and the Philippines.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:


1. Oversee the implementation and management of the organization's international cybersecurity program for US, India, and other global operations.


2. Lead and empower a team of cybersecurity professionals to implement, maintain, and constantly improve organization's security, devising effective solutions to respond to threats and ensuring effective mitigation, tracking, and reporting.


3. Work directly with the organization's Global CISO and security team leaders to build and maintain a strategic cyber security plan to protect business, client, and patient data.


4. Collaborate and ensure successful relationships with business leaders in the U.S., India, and the Philippines, by driving solutions through consensus and with an understanding of business goals and challenges.


5. Lead adherence activities to global security policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.


6. Direct all international cyber incident responses and coordinates with local in-country authorities.

7. Develop, record and update international cybersecurity processes and practices as required below:


  • Assist with all cybersecurity audits and assessments conducted by clients and third-party organizations.
  • Implement continuous improvements in cybersecurity across people, processes, and technology.
  • Measure and reports on metrics and KPIs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual The incumbent ensures that the Organization builds a strong foundation that is rational, operationally robust, well-governed and performs the following:


a). Driving Company Values & Vision: As Part of the Executive Leadership team, the incumbent will ensure the span is aligned with the end goals and values of the organization.


b). Leadership/Coaching: Provide overall leadership to teams and day-to-day leadership to all and not limited to Direct Reports (DRs) only within span. The incumbent will coach teams to be able to identify inquiries which are beyond scope of authority and take appropriate actions. Inspire all DRs to focus on adherence to policies and processes, foster a positive work environment.


The incumbent will develop and maintain a productive working relationship with DRs in the span of control, setting a positive example for their working relationships with their teams.
