Role & Title:

Cybersecurity Intern

Position Overview:

As a Cybersecurity Intern at Abhedit, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of cybersecurity while working closely with our experienced team. You will be responsible for technical documentation, assisting in web app development security, understanding and applying global regulations such as ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2, GDPR, DPDPA, and more. Additionally, you will contribute to proposal documents, monitor cybersecurity trends, and provide valuable insights to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain technical documentation for the organization.

- Assist in evaluating and enhancing the security of web applications.

- Develop a foundational understanding of global regulations like ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2, GDPR, DPDPA, and others.

- Contribute to the creation of proposal documents for client engagements.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in cybersecurity, GRC, and privacy.

- Provide insights and recommendations on day-to-day trends in the cybersecurity domain.

- Utilize basic knowledge of technical tools to support various cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications:

- IT background or relevant educational experience.

- Basic knowledge of web app development and security principles.

- Familiarity with global cybersecurity regulations such as ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2, GDPR, DPDPA, etc.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.

- Enthusiasm for staying updated on cybersecurity trends and sharing insights.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type:

Part-time

Compensation:

Unpaid for 1st two month, 5K per month from 3rd month onwards.
