About The Role

We’re hiring a SOC Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end SOC operations in a 24x7 environment. You’ll manage threat detection, incident response, and client service delivery, while guiding a team of L1–L3 analysts. The role demands strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a sharp focus on SLAs, reporting, and continuous improvement. Ideal for someone with deep SOC experience and a passion for operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

SOC Operations & Service Delivery:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Security Operations Center, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, analysis, and response to cybersecurity incidents.
  • Manage delivery of SOC services such as SIEM monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, Threat Intel Services, and malware analysis.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations.
  • Establish and refine SOC playbooks, workflows, and escalation matrices.

Customer Engagement & Reporting

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients for all SOC-related matters.
  • Lead regular service review meetings, present monthly/quarterly reports, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance security posture.
  • Handle escalations, coordinate root cause analyses, and ensure timely communication and resolution.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Manage a team of L1, L2, and L3 security analysts, shift leads, and supporting roles in a 24x7 model.
  • Drive analyst training, upskilling, and mentoring programs to maintain a highly capable team.
  • Plan and manage staffing, rotations, and resource utilization effectively.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with red teaming, threat intelligence, engineering, compliance, and CSM teams to provide holistic security support.
  • Support onboarding of new clients by aligning requirements, tools, and processes.

What You’ll Require

  • Experience: 10–12 years of total cybersecurity experience with at least 4–5 years in SOC operations and 2–3 years in a leadership or service delivery role.
  • Certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISM, CISA, SANS GIAC (GCIA, GCIH), ITIL.
